I have changed the rating from 5 to 1 because, the cane weaving gave way and a hole got formed. Felt really bad that the folks sent a chair weaving that was disintegrating. I paid a heafty Money and ended up having a broken chair that could not be used. I had to spend another 6000 to get it repaired and started to use it again. When ask for seller to reimburse the 50% of the repair charges, it was flatly denied. I was given all sorts of reasons and nothing was useful. Had a worst experience buying it online, from this shop. Be careful future buyers.
