I tried the signature wholemeat chicken & cheese shawarma at Wah Turk. The shawarma was hot and crispy which I could feel on the first bite itself. The way the shawarma was packed looked good and neat. You also get a ketchup packet which is a nice touch. The sauces included in it didn't feel too pungent or mask the taste of the chicken & cheese.

Speaking of the location, the place is located inside from the main road. I am looking forward to trying out all the shawarma varities soon. If you are looking for a calm quiet place to grab a shawarma bite either solo, duet or with your gang, Wah Turk Gyros & Grills is the best place.

We had the Signature Chicken and Cheese Wraps and one of the Spicy French Fry options. The Shawarma Wraps are great and the guys at the counter are friendly and engaging as well. Good thing to have on the night before a flight, because its cheap, tasty and not messy or too heavy. Takeaway is the main business but there is a small seating area where you can eat in. It's also a nice place to wait while waiting for a take-away order.

On my second visit I ended up meeting and having a nice conversation with the owner. You could tell he had a good eye and ideas for how to run the place and expand...

Sorry for posting a picture of a half eaten shawarma because the shawarma smelled so good i couldnt control myself(i bought jamaican shawarma btw) .They have different types of shawarma and it all tastes authentic.
