Geethas Residency — Hotel in Kerala

We booked this stay for our wedding, hoping for a peaceful and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite.

The rooms were in a terrible condition — with a strong, unbearable smell coming from the washroom, making it impossible to sleep. One of the bathrooms was in an absolutely unhygienic state with waste left inside. The windows were dusty, covered in spider webs, and basic essentials like bedsheets weren’t even provided.

But the worst part was the staff behaviour, especially the manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. We had clearly discussed and agreed on a late checkout during booking, but when the time came, he forced us to vacate or move to another house despite us booking 4 full rooms and being exhausted after the wedding. One room was even charged extra for late checkout, and now he’s refusing to refund that amount.
