Read moreI had an amazing stay at Mangala Temple View.
At check in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a room with a mini fridge which was very helpful for storing temple prasad without it spoiling. Special thanks to Mr. Ananth for this kind gesture. I am also grateful to the young lady at reception (I believe her name is Akshara) who arranged a late check out for me. Both team members were extremely helpful, professional, and great at guest service, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping team also did a great job maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk from the East Nada of Guruvayoor Temple, and with private buses stopping right in front, commuting is very easy.
Service from the Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping teams was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, and room service was equally impressive. I especially enjoyed the veg biryani which was absolutely delicious.
Being a hotelier myself, I truly appreciate the attention to detail shown by the team. I enjoyed this stay very much and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this restaurant left me with no choice. The food was not just bad, it was downright disappointing given the high prices.
Let’s start with the idli – at ₹214, I expected a well-prepared, fluffy, and fresh serving. Unfortunately, what I got was a dry, stale, and unappetizing plate of idlis that clearly hadn’t been made with care or attention. For that price, I was expecting much better.
But the real issue was the tea— priced at ₹114.28, which is exorbitant for what should be a simple beverage. Not only was it overpriced, but the milk in the tea was spoiled. It had that sour taste that’s impossible to ignore, which made it undrinkable. I could barely manage a few sips before I had to stop.
After adding GST, the total came to ₹345, and honestly, it felt like I had been robbed. The quality of the food didn’t come close to justifying the high cost, and the spoiled tea left a bad taste that ruined the entire experience. I won’t be returning to this place, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're after a decent meal at...
