Worst experience. Everybody including the person in the cash drawer was showing attitude. Initially they asked a group of us to go upstairs for the breakfast.

The hotel people upstairs in AC informed there is nothing they can serve upstairs except puttu. Now why would anybody run AC for puttu. I think they were running AC for themselves.

No dosa no Puri which was available downstairs. I told them that I'll volunteer to serve my group and asked them to just give 18 dosa but they simply denied.

Now all of them including old age people had to climb down the stairs and we all gave our peace of mind and stormed out of this hotel and went to bear by Vasantha Bhavan. By seeing the name of this hotel, I decided to have lunch from there. Lunch was absolutely not worth the money paid. Sambar felt like water rather than curry. I got the seat at the entrance so the staff did not give any attention. Rasam and buttermilk were served almost at the end. Pulusseri wasn't even served at the table which was also available. The waiter came with an empty glass and nobody bothered about water. So I used it for buttermilk instead. A tiny cup of payasam was also served to me.The Staff needs better coordination.
