Excellent rooms. Good AC, almost instant cooling Two rooms with a connecting door in the middle so that we need not go out the main door of a room to reach the other one Because of point 2, kids were able to play safely, running around within the walls Good service. Initially the room TV wasn't working. An attendant, an young man, was so active and willing to help, ran around and made the TV work in some 10 mins. IPL season, you see Most important thing. This place has a private parking area (Photo attached) where own cars can be parked comfortably without worried about getting the vehicle scratched in shared parking areas where they squeeze in as many vehicles as possible, so close to each other that there won't be much space to open the driver side door The hotel has back gate through which one can go to beach in less than 2 mins. Location is almost ok. One can't see the beach itself though it is so near because of the surrounding buildings One can see the light house from here, if they choose upstairs rooms

Avoid this place like plague! It's nothing like in the pictures. Although this is close to the beach, it's right in the middle of multiple small buildings and houses, which are either so filthy or keep playing loud music all the time. Also, the location itself is a big disadvantage as the approach roads are so narrow that only one car can pass at a time, and it is so steep, it feels like trekking a steep mountain. Very dangerous if you are not used to driving in such terrain. The room I got, had no light apart from one bed lamp. None of the other lights worked. Can you believe that!!! I even told the staff about it, and they were just not interested. The toilet, especially the jet spray/bidet was so filthy. Added to this, we didn't even get hot water in the taps. One of the staff had to fill a bucket of water somewhere else and bring it to us. No toiletries or water bottles provided until we went downstairs to the reception and...

The hotel has only two redeeming factors: its location — just a 2-minute walk from the beach — and the spacious rooms with equally spacious balconies. Beyond that, the experience was disappointing.

There was no service at all: no toiletries, no proper towels, no tea/coffee setup in the room, and no intercom facility. Even for basic things like water bottles, I had to go downstairs myself. The pool was not maintained and didn’t look clean. The property is also not easily accessible by walking from the main road.

Our check-in experience was particularly frustrating — we had to wait at the reception for almost 1.5 hours before the owner arrived. For the price and expectation, the lack of hospitality and basic amenities made the stay underwhelming.
