Kaattil Homes — Hotel in Kerala

This is a hotel or feels like one from the rooms without the service part of a hotel. Kaattil homes was not our first preference, we had to book this as other options were sold out. Rooms (6/10) - Comfortable but smaller than as shown as in the pictures. The hall room with sofa as displayed in the pictures is only present on the ground floor. Bathrooms are tiny and the plumping needs work as the water pressure is very low on the first floor. Location (9/10) - Excellent location. You are somewhere in between the north and south cliff making both easily accessible and the Varkala main beach is just about 1.6 kms from the hotel. Firstly they don't know any language other than local language, even though you book rooms in advance but at the day of arrival they say that room is occupied by others and they can't provide any accommodation even though you have booked room online and later they say they will provide stay in different location which is far from city and they made us wait 3 full hours but at last thy concluded saying thy will provide differnt stay which is not at all good.

I recommend evryone do not book this stay by seeing pictures they posted online, in real it is not that worthy.
