Avoid at all costs. Booked via Booking.com and when we arrived we were told that we have to cancel the booking.com booking or we will be charged more than the rate, which was 2500 inr for a deluxe aircon room with balcony view. It isnt worth 1000inr. The aircon hardly works and the place is filthy dirty and hasnt been cleaned for a year at least. When we complained the owner (who we never met), sent someone, who grabbed one of our towels and dry rubbed a few surfaces, hence we lost a towel. Then someone else turned up and sprayed some air freshener.||||Staff are out of their depth so it isnt their fault, no help or support. It looked nothing like photos on booking.com. Bedding looked grubby, grey with marks. Curtains hanging off wall, layer of dirt on furniture. Went to see owner but he had gone. Called him to ask for alternative room and he said he would come to discuss. We waited for a while and then decided to find somewhere else. Fortunately there were lots of places with rooms. Read moreSo after booking this hotel through Booking.com, back in April, we arrived after a 20 hour train journey to be told that there was no room available for us, and they would put us into a poorly rated hotel for 1 night then move us back.|||The best part was that I have been in communication with them for a while, confirming what time we would be arriving, even the day before.|||They even let us get our cases out of the taxi, even though the taxi driver had spoken to them to see where they were, and he knew after talking to them that there was a problem.
