Rabbit Cafe, nestled in the enchanting location of Varkala Cliff, is a hidden gem that left me mesmerized. This charming cafe offers a delightful latte experience that is sure to captivate coffee lovers. The latte art at Rabbit Cafe is simply superb. Each cup is a canvas for the talented baristas who create intricate designs that are both visually stunning and a testament to their skill. The lattes are crafted with precision, resulting in a velvety texture and a well-balanced flavor profile that will satisfy even the most discerning taste buds.Situated on Varkala Cliff, Rabbit Cafe provides a serene ambiance that perfectly complements the beauty of its surroundings. The cozy seating arrangements and warm atmosphere invite you to unwind and enjoy your coffee in tranquility. Whether you're seeking a peaceful moment alone or a spot to connect with friends, this cafe offers the perfect setting. The staff at Rabbit Cafe are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your visit is a memorable one. They possess a deep knowledge of coffee and are eager to assist you in choosing the perfect latte to suit your preferences. Their passion for their craft shines through in every cup they serve.

They accept card payments, but sometimes they require the physical card to process the payment. We’ve been to this restaurant twice, and both times we enjoyed the food. My husband ordered garlic naan the first time and chicken curry the second. I tried the fish in a banana leaf—it was not a huge portion but quite tasty. On our second visit, we also ordered butter garlic naan. It was quite good, though not the best we’ve had in Varkala. We also tried malai kofta—the sauce was a bit thin, but the koftas were hot and tasty. The pumpkin curry was so good that we ordered it twice, portion was for two and it wasn’t spicy at all. My husband also had lemon rice, which he really liked. The staff is always helpful, though sometimes they take a bit longer to clear tables after previous guests. Overall, the atmosphere is nice, and the music adds to the experience! * I once ordered a smoothie bowl, and it was so runny that I had to drink it from the plate😁

Was a little sceptical before going there as there were multiple negative reviews about the place, but still took the decision to dine there for dinner and totally loved the decision. Ordered prawns roast & mushroom masala, along with plain rice & chapati. Was worth the visit. Liked the taste of the food. Not sure about other dishes but prawns can easily be tried there. Won't be disappointed. UPDATE: Visited holy rabbit again for dinner and had prawns tawa fry, fish molly & prawns roast, they were legit lip smacking. Fish molly was so good. The service might be slow sometime due to rush but the in-person experience they provide is greatly appreciated. Staff is friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve never, in my life, encountered staff as aggressive and unprofessional as I did here. We arrived at 1:50 PM and were told they were closed until 2:30 PM. Since service was set to resume soon, we sat down to wait. A staff member then approached us aggressively and said, “Bro, didn’t you hear me? Do I have to force you out now?”

Naturally, I was taken aback and responded - as anyone would - questioning why he was speaking to us that way. Instead of de-escalating, he made things worse by threatening my friend, saying he’d “call his boys” and fight us if we wanted to. We just left.

It was shocking and completely unacceptable. There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior from anyone, let alone staff representing an establishment. I strongly recommend avoiding this place - no food or ambience is worth being treated like that.

And if you only open at 2:30, maybe make that clear on Google - where people actually check - instead of behaving like literal goons toward unsuspecting...
