Sky Lounge Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

We had the most worst experience of our lives in this place and no one should experience or tolerate such treatment from anyone for that matter. So what happen is - as we were ordering food ,the manager came in a staggered gait and was clearly drunk from the stench we could smell and started beating and kicking us for no reason and used very vulger language, a few of the hotel staff who were also stinkingly drunk joined him in physically assaulting us, and one of our friends started bleeding and we had to take him to the hospital before which we had to call the police to stop them. As you can see in the videos below , the black t-shirt (manager) and his drunkard sidekicks including the green t-shirt guy who you can see is continuing to physically assault us in the starting of the video and the black t-shirt using abusing language , but as they realised we’ve started recording they ran up their store. When we asked around about this restaurant we heard many similar action by these employees. We have raised a complaint to the kerala police, we hope strict action is taken against these pathetic men, who from their actions are a burden and threat to our society and must...

I recently visited Sky Lounge in Varkala and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff had a very careless and unprofessional attitude.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like my time was not valued at all. The staff took an unreasonable amount of time to even acknowledge my presence, and once they did, they seemed disinterested in helping me. I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time,.

To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was downright disrespectful. I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone when I tried to ask any questions or make any requests. It was clear that the staff had no interest in helping me have a pleasant experience at Sky Lounge.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Sky Lounge. The poor customer service, lack of value for my time, and disrespectful attitude of the staff made for a truly unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and would advise others to steer clear...

During my last holiday in Kerala, I visited this restaurant, and while the location was excellent, unfortunately, the food and service didn't quite meet my expectations. It was okay but not great. I visited the place with my friends, and we were disappointed to see that the restaurant has been receiving bad reviews, yet the management doesn't seem to be taking any action to improve the quality of service and food.

It's a shame that such a well-located restaurant is letting itself down with subpar food and service. If the management took steps to address these issues, I believe the restaurant could be excellent. However, as it stands, it's hard to recommend this restaurant to others.
