Had a great experience dealing with the staff at the store, special mention for Prakash ji, akash, and another technical team member (who's name I didn't get). They were patient, very helpful and supportive in the decision making process, guiding me along the way regarding the differences and nuances between models. Had a rather unpleasant experience at another store (firefox, golpark) but this was a stark contrast. Would definitely recommend bike junction to someone who is new to the world of cycling as we will have a lot of questions in this new domain, they have the patience to explain, and the courtesy to do so politely and respectfully. Got the Firefox Road Runner Pro D from their parent store (due to centralised stocking) after having a test ride here.

I have purchased Polygon Xtrada 5 29ER, 2022 model from Bike Junction, situates at Bhawanipore, Kolkata. It's a bike with 2×10 Shimano Deore 4120 drivetrain. The hospitality and the service of the Bike Junction is extremely good. Especially, I want to say about Mr. Akash Subbu, who is the heart of Bike Junction. He's a professional bicycle rider and a very knowledgeable & humble person. I strongly recommend Bike Junction to purchase bicycles from. Thank you so much Bike Junction and the great Akash Subbu.

This store checks all the boxes with perfect scores. Subu, Prakash ji and Ramesh ji caters to all my needs and they go out of their way to help me out. Purchased Trek DS2 from here in jan 2022 after booking and having bad experiences with other cycle shops who promised but didn't deliver. Bike junction is a one stop solution to all ur cycling needs. One can buy all related accessories and get ur bike serviced here. Mr Subbu threw in some goodies with my purchase and offered 3 free services as well. Not to mention the franchise organises cycling rides on Sunday which provides platform for all to meet and share the passion. Satisfied with my purchase i bought a firefox for my 5 yr kid too. I got transferred to ladakh and Mr Subbu and team were more than willing to help me deassemble and pack my bike for transfer and helped me over video call to assemble as well on my own. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to all for anything...
