We checked in on November 1st, 2024, around 4:30 pm, with the help of a local agent named Anil Ringe. The booking was for three nights, and the price was reasonable. However, the bathrooms had poor drainage, causing water to easily spill out into the room if not careful.

The next morning, a small incident occurred. My friend left the tap running to get hot water for his shower, and since the drain is directly under the tap, the water overflowed and spread into the room. We informed the agent, who contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Maruti Debe. Without fully understanding the situation, Mr. Debe called and started accusing us of being irresponsible and even suggested we caused the mess intentionally. He insisted we check out immediately, which was upsetting.

We tried to explain and asked for a partial refund, but he refused to listen or cooperate, saying it was our fault. While we acknowledge that we could have been more careful, the manager’s unprofessional approach made the experience much worse. We ended up leaving without any refund.

I BOOKED RAHIL INTERNATIONAL HOTEL THROUGH CLEAR TRIP.COM & DECIDED NOT TO USE CLEAR TRIP WEBSITE FOR ANY BOOKINGS.||In the month of Jun-July 2016 i booked above said hotel for 3 days i.e 13th -16-Aug 2016.||we couple got down in satara railway station around 6 PM(delay of train) & reached||hotel around 10 PM by cab.||when we went for check in the hotel reception did not allow us & intimated us that booking is cancelled & i have shown confirmation mail of cleartrip & reluctant to admit us.immediately i called CLEARTRIP CUSTOMER CARE & i highlighted the issue & they told us they solve the problem & they disconnected the call & it has happened 8-10 times with no progress & we were at lounge nearly around 40 min with NO SOLUTION OR CALL BACK.||we decided to look for another hotel some how we found .||||This is how Rahil international hotel & CELATRIP teams work with family people &||this is the first time experienced this kind of situation...

It is the worst hotel in entire Mahabaleshwar, entrance or reception is the image of the hotels entrance stinks as all they dispose all the left overs on the entrance common wash room not proper at all its like public toilet in fact that is more clean than that, rooms are very very sad it stinks, wash rooms in rooms are very bad you dont evn feel lyk going to, flush doesn't works, you have to use your hand to clean yours, when we check in there was no water so i have to use tissue paper. hygiene is not maintain at all. I waited there for three hours & it was lyk punishment. iwould request all the the people planning to Mahabaleshwar never ever stay in this hotel it better to stay on footpath instead of staying...
