Ganeshkrupa Deluxe — Hotel in Maharashtra

We went for a family trip to Ganpati pule and stayed at hotel Ganesh Krupa. I had one of the worst experience –||Location, although it’s near to beach it’ more than a km and if you have kids or elderly they will not be able to walk||Service was pathetic. They would take more than 30 mins to give a bottle of water in room.||There was no hot water in room the morning and took almost 30 minutes to fix it. ||Now the worst part||Be ware when you do the booking -it shows that AC is available in room but in fine prints it’s written that “Extra Charges”||When we asked about GST over phone they said that 12%. But when they billed it they put 18% and the reason given was “When bill is more than 2K GST is 18% else for less than 2k it’s 12%” -I really do not know the rules if hotels can decide that arbitrarily but atleast they should tell this over phone.||The staff there was extremely rude -seemed that some goon is there as manager. When we asked how GST has been levied, he showed a printed paper mentioning it’s 18% for 2k and above which you will not be shown at time of checkin and started talking gibberish||Same was the case when we checked in -when we said we have booked AC room, he said 1K extra charge for that and sarcastically remarked “Always read the T&C sir”!||Just horrible experience of booking.com||||I will upload pics and by bill shortly to...

If you had a great day and want to ruin your mood by having pathetic food then definitely you should try this hotel. The quality of the food left much to be desired. When we ordered chicken patiala, we received what seemed like two omelettes with just a couple of chicken pieces. The wait for Bhakri was an unexpectedly long 45 minutes, disrupting the flow of our dinner. The chicken biryani was also a letdown, making me reconsider my fondness for this classic dish. No room service available. They do not serve tea even at 8:00 pm for guests arriving at evening. No cleanliness. In house restaurant is not clean, also food isn't pleasant. Staff is courteous. Not enough parking place compared to number of rooms, one who arrives later will have park vehicle on street. It's at least 1.5km away from temple. Don't fall in trap of photos published...
