Reception Staff are super helpful and phone booking, check-in and check-out is very fast. They welcome customers with juice and there is a tiny pond with fishes which is fun for kids.
Excellent Place to Stay. Cost is slightly higher but rooms are clean and location is near Shirdi temple Gate 3. You need to walk maybe 400m for Gate 6 entry. Connecting rooms are nice if you need 2 rooms. AC is old but in working condition. Elevators are quite good.
Breakfast buffet is very good with so much variety and healthy options like Honey Boiled vegetables, fruits, idly, vada, Masala dosa, poori, custard, poha, muffins, juice. Breakfast is highly recommended. Cleaning staff in kitchen is understaffed and they take time to provide tea cups, water glasses, etc. Once you complain, they improve service which can be taken care before complaining.
For lunch, we were recommended food at Abigail regency which is in adjacent building. They had only veg thali and it was served super hot with phulka, parota, dhall, paneer, sabji, rice, custard with unlimited refills which they kept serving. Surely worth 350rs and one of the best thali. There is place to keep luggage safely once you checkout and if you need to spend sometime in city. Security guard at entrance is friendly and wishes everyone happily. Car parking is available though we did not utilise it. Overall a great experience and highly recommended for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there...
Read moreThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. Perhaps because we were not expecting much. The location is excellent as the hotel is just a 5 minute walk (due to the crowd) from Gate 3 of Sai Mandir.
The rooms were small but reasonably clean. The bathrooms were clean and odour free but could have been cleaner - the WC, floor and sink surface had old stains. Overall looked a bit worn out.
The lunch and dinner were excellent especially the butter naan. Achari Paneer tikka had the right level of marination although the accompanying mint chutney was slightly bitter. Best curd rice I’ve eaten outside South India :) Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The counter was always running out of pooris and other items and they were not being replaced fast. After a great lunch and dinner we expected the buffet breakfast to be much better. Hotel staff were nice, polite and always helpful.
Suggestion to management - Please provide restaurant or room service after 10.30 even if its limited. Many people would have booked the night Aarti and like us would prefer to eat...
Read moreRecently stayed their... restaurant is not upto the mark...very short menu..if asked a waiter if I get certain dish..they will say.."mil jayega"....meaning kaam chalau restaurant.. but they have a problem to add in menu...they will serve u dish as per requirement..quality of food is not good..ordered mushroom masala..just to justify the shortage of mushroom..they put lots of tomato and capsicum...this is was worst mushroom masala I ever had..it should've named.. capsicum and tomato masala..to make matters worst..I ordered veg Schezwan rice..which I taught was like "fodni ch bhaat"...which we prepare at home.. Schezwan was less..but chilly sauce was put... expensive food..but worthless...roadside dhaba nearby shirdi..serve way better then this restaurant in the hotel.. previous management was top notch....this was my last visit...
