Hotel Landmark, Ganpatipule — Hotel in Maharashtra

If there were any star rating like "negative five star", I would have given this. Please read my comments, it is just to save your time & money. This was the horrible experience (nightmare) staying in this hotel, that I would like to forget as earlier possible. The hotel quality/service was so worst that I had to check out the hotel within 8 hours seeing the worst class facility & cancelled my trip.I lost my money (3300 INR per day not worth 500 even) & my time.

Disgusting smell as you enter the room, very old split type of AC fitted in room which produces a noise like jet plane when they are started. You do not get even basic amenities like proper bucket, mug, towel, soap, there. CRT type TV (obsoleted from our homes now (total 15 channel including regional channel) are equipped there. Intercom facility does not work there, you need to take the number from reception & call them. Walls of the room does not have proper plaster as well No lift facility available there, every time you need to walk down or walk up. You get the worst quality of blanket & pillow cover same as Indian train facility Even you need to carry drinking water with you, no such facility there. I saw good feedback from some of the stupid guys as well ( It might be their living standard, hence no comments for them), but I can not understand the recommendation for such hotel from make my trip site.

If you want to spoil your holiday, you can visit this place. It is an old property with zero maintenance. Here is a list of things that you will get for paying Rs.3700/- Plus 700 more for children above 5 years||1. Intercom won't work and if it works no one will pick your phone.||2.Room stingy because of water leakage happened||3.No hot water and dirty water in the bathroom||4.Same mug is used for toilet and bath||5.The children's play area is full of dust.||6.You will find grass coming out of the walls around the hotel, swimming pool is closed. Lights around the hotel are either dim or not working||7.TV doesn't work and you will have chase multiple times to get it fixed||8.It is not exactly near to the beach or beach facing and 1.5 km away from Ganpati mandir and beach||9.Food rates are high||10.Photoes on google are very old and not the latest.||The staff is helpful but the owner doesn't care about improving service or facility in the hotel. It is like old hotel just opened to trap customers like us. At least they should have done some maintenance before opening to customers.||There are a lot of hotel options available in Ganpatipule in Rs.2000/- range which are more clean .||Dont spoil your holiday by booking in...

I have visited post Diwali 2018. Booked VIP Suite through Cleartrip.com, going through the reviews & so interesting photograph with a price of INR 4100.00||When I reach there & look from far, it looks so interesting for me and I thanked myself for choosing this hotel.||But as soon as i checked in to hotel, i was completely disappointed. ||Restaurants experience was horrible. Although they have a variety of menus, but only having specific items from the menu. It took 15-20 mins to take the order, & more than 30 minutes to get the order on table, another 15 mins to get the bill on table. Food taste was good. Same person taking order, serving food, creating the bill, get it to table. SO pathetic.||I was counting hrs to check out ASAP.||Thanks god I booked only for 1 day & subsequent days I stayed at MTDC. ||IT shows 3 star, but not worth a single star.||||Cons:||1.
