KDM Hotel Indore Palace Shirdi — Hotel in Maharashtra

I personally booked 2 rooms of 2+1 and rooms provided with 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa and saying it as 2+1 triple rooms.we all were adults and informed him that in sofa we cannot sleep.when spoken to reception guy they don't know anything about rooms and they asked me to speak to Kishore pawar.when spoken to him he said that this is triple room.when asked him to provide him other rooms he said that then you guys have to more tariffs.in simple words wherever we go triple rooms means there will be always queen size bed and single person bed and not sofa.kishore then said if u can't u can vacate the room and we decided to vacate and Kishore refunded the money immediately.but this is not the way a new customer to be treated.customer service is 0.i booked this place bcz my friend gave me a good review but after experiencing this kind of embarrassment and even after booking it advance still with family which includes senior citizens we were on road searching for a hotel but fortunately we got a good hotel with better price and proper 2+1 triple rooms. Kishore you should understand we as a devotee come from once in a year to shirdi for getting blessings.most of the time we spend time in temples only and we adjust many things of hotel in sense of money room cleanliness etc and you guys also should have some kind of customer service and try to have...

It’s been a long pending review from last year July 2024 stay at Hotel Indoor Palace in Shirdi. It’s an amazing place and had a pleasant experience. The rooms are decently maintained, clean, and equipped with basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Wanted to write about each staff member because they are so welcoming and helpful always. Prakash ji arranged a pickup from bus stop and we’re comfortable brought to the hotel from the bus stand. Temple is so close by that we could find quick transport to temple. All the staff were always ready to assist, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local information, or addressing any specific requests.

We stayed for 4 days and had no issues. The food was good so dined in the hotel most of the time. The chef was so good he tweaked few dishes accordingly to our taste.

The manager and the main person running the hotel were so good they let us stay as per our travel timings. We could take quick printout for Darshan. They let us checkin earlier than the mentioned time and were super accommodative.

To be honest I am a person who checks the review and not the review writing person , but in this case I am giving special preference to write it ,as the experience with the person called Vineeth was wonderful and the moment I booked rooms for my brother , I got a call from Vineeth and he was more than concierge gave the right information needed and changed my normal room to ac room without any additional charges , probed and asked when are we reaching shirdi and arranged for personal pickup in car at basic charges , the rooms were very clean and hygiene which is the most important for me , walkable distance to temple , it was my brothers birthday and Vineeth arranged a complementary cake for him to celebrate the day , trust me I have never seen or heard such a great hospitality from them , I have decided to book rooms @ Indore palace shirdi for all my future shirdi visits and refer to my friends and family too , thank you Vineeth you...
