visited on 28th and returned on 29 nov 2017||||This is a bungalow with 4 bedrooms. One room on the 1st floor and 3 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were spacious ranging from around 150 to 200 sft||||We paid rs. 10000/- for 1 single day for an occupancy of 11 guests for an overnight family get together||||Positives : Neat and clean rooms and baths and we had a great get together. The location is quite close to the highway and there is greenery all around. Place is neat and clean. 1 km to Kailash Parbat restaurant and around 2 kms from lonavala city center. The caretaker Nagesh served a great batata-powa breakfast on the 29th.||||Negatives : There was always something lacking and some irritation.||||Lift is non-functional. We had to lug our baggage two floors up because the lift is out of order. We were NOT warned before booking. Luckily people were fit enough to climb.||||When we arrived the smell of fresh paint was everywhere including the bedrooms. Looks like they have painted the entrances and passages. If we were informed in advance, we would have never booked. ||||The advertisement states TV, but what is the use of TV with just a few hindi NEWS channels. They might as well not provide a TV at all. Real penny pinching and stingy.||||No parking place inspite of a huge open area in the bungalow premises. Road in front of bungalow is hardly 13 feet wide. Have to reverse the cars everytime to get out of the property. ||||Water filter in the kitchen was aquagard. However the tube which delivers purified water had a lot of moss inside the tube. I spoke to the caretaker who who said that the waterfilter hast not been serviced for 6 months . They could poison the guests. Absolutely don't care attitude||||All Rooms are absolutely cold in the night with no heater. All those large windows which you can see in the photos gets the room temperature below 20 degrees in the night.||||My father got a wheezing problem because of this and we almost planned to leave in middle of the night. Luckily there were many lamps, (the old tungsten filament ones) which I turned on to heat up the room.||||For an hour (at around 11.30 pm to 12.30 am ) i was in absolute tension taking care of my dad (who is 83 years old, absolutely fit, climbs 7 floors, plays football and badminton).||||AC means air conditioning not just cold air. Also the house owners have used marble flooring (which is used in rajastan to keep the rooms cool) instead of wood or vinyl flooring (insulators) which are used in cold places.||||Water problems... very less pressure.... Have to inform caretaker every time if we had to take bath. The day we came in i was stuck in the toilet with no water at all because the water had drained out from your overhead tank.||||Power tripping in the middle of the night in second floor bedroom on the right. Happened twice when specific switches are turned on. There is some short circuit waiting to cause a big problem.||||Bedrooms... 2nd floor small bedroom (first one on the left)..shower does not work and hot-cold mixer is faulty, towel holders loose. The curtain in this room was also broken.||||2nd floor, right, bed towel holders in the bath all loose and not functional.||||Lastly photo frames of the house owners are placed on the staircase passage walls. The staircase is hardly 3 feet wide. Also artifacts are kept in the in the staircase mid-landing. All of these are just waiting to get damaged. Guess who will pay for the damages ?||||To sum up -- not enough attention to detail, care and transparency in dealings. It is a shame because with a proper care this property can do great.||||We are rating this property with 1 star because people are not being honest and transparent in their dealings like lift not working and the rooms where painted and not providing heater in the rooms (when the climate outside is around 15 degrees), gross negligence concerning drinking water, and not because of the small itches like showers...

We were a large family group of about 20 people (12 adults and kids) and had enough beddings/linen for all. Nageshwarji, the caretaker of the house is very humble and helped us around very much. The house has a large spa outside where the kids and adults alike loved it very much. It also has a decent amount of space for badminton and even backyard cricket. Location wise, it is not too far from the main town. The response from the owner and managers was always prompt and quick. All in all i would not hesitate to...
