Hotel Nirvana Grace — Hotel in Mumbai

The photos which they are showing are most probably from the time when it was built. The one which I posted is current one. You can clearly see paints coming off the wall. The sliding door of the toilet cum bathroom which you can see is not working properly, this is room no 101. TV not working. No complimentary water so let's forget about other complimentary. Mind you they charged me 3000 inr plus 200 per person along with kid for some form because we were from Nepal. Initially they said they will adjust but later when we already took the room @ 10 pm they come with this thing. They showed us 2 rooms out of which one completely smelled cigarate, gross smell.

It is decent hotel for transit journey. I use it when I have to catch a flight but still have some time to kill. The rooms are good and clean. AC works. However, your checkin experience depends on the guy at the front desk. Last time, he was very rude and it felt like my responsibility to convince him that I have valid online booking. This is worst place to stay ever. I called this place to book a room for the night and person on the call said INR 2300 when i get there there was another guy who said its INR4000 plus tax. He was very rude and have no respect for the customer. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for hotels near airport. They are not trustworthy and customer friendly.
