Mansion at Sahara Star — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience ever We reserved our name in barrel mansion (Sahara star) a day before everything was confirmed my friends reached there around 10pm And on the entry they said no to them. I reached around 11pm asking why they dint allowed them.. they said sorry we take only through reservations. I showed them my chat the names everything.. Still they denied..I got to know they said no to my friends because of profile..I have no idea what they mean by that..I said il pay the cover charge Of all..still they denied and dint allowed us to go… We were 8 mommies it takes soo much of planning..making our kids to bed as it’s not easy all going to together leaving toddlers behind.. And they disappointed us soo badly it was insulting..they allowed everyone to go.. next to me me there was this guy who entered and I asked where is his name on list…Miss shinny (who was on gate) replied me he is regular with us and pays 5 lac. What’s she meant we can’t afford that huh ?? The same guy made his contacts inside and asked me to wait that he will get us in..he tried his best but shinny was soo rude to us purposely she dint allowed us to go in..my friends waited there for 2 hours…imagine coming all the way soo excited and then they disappoint you so badly… And telling about profile ?? Huh excuse me who are you to decide our profile ??? We are free to wear a saree or dress when we go to club.. We tried lot of our contacts to get in but shinny dint allowed us to get in and finally we ended up to dragon fly and they welcomed us soo nicely even after 12am they allowed us to get in in one call.. Swipe next to see my chat of reservations. I called the same girl 100 times but she dint picked up my call and on WhatsApp she was online.. Wasn’t it rude??? Few mommies came for the first time as they were not from Mumbai but small Town and they wanted to experience it..I forced them to come along and experience it but never expected this would have happened. The management is soo bad and rude shinny the girl on the entry purposely coz of her ego dint allowed us...

Barrel Mansion – OMG, what a Night!!! So glad to have a place like Barrel Mansion in our Mumbai city. Such clubs makes our city more special and so much more happening.

Barrel Mansion is a LIT club and if you haven’t been here, you are definitely missing on something BIG. Everything about Barrel is Outstanding. The ambience, food and the service is class.

This place makes you feel so special and it’s vibe is just perfect for you to swing into the party mood.

When I was here there was Live singing ON and OMG , I can say in a long time I got to experience the best live music with really good sound quality speakers, I just didn’t want to leave the place.

Barrel Mansion has got Ladies nights on Wednesday s and of course weekends are house full.

I can’t wait to be here for their ladies night.

The staff here is the BEST, I don’t know what to say but I guess the owner should be proud to have this kind of team who makes all their guests feel so special. That was really impressive.

They serve some really good Asian dishes. I loved whatever we ordered but was a bit disappointed with the dessert part.

Vinit took great care of us and the Manage Clint also made sure we are comfortable.

Sesame Ice-Cream – 3/5 This one I didn’t like, it wasn’t an Ice Cream, it was a cream with lot’s of Sesame. I love Sesame, but the flavor of Sesame was so so strong that it put me off and there was no Ice-cream as name says. It would have been a super duper end to an awesome evening, if desserts were perfect.

Never mind, for sure it was one of the best evening I have had in recent times!

Overall, I truly loved the place and I am coming back to Barrel Mansion sooner...

Barrel Mansion is located in very near to the airport, This one of the best places in Mumbai, Hands down. You can call it a hidden gem.

The best part about the restaurant is the majestic decor, ohh GOD such mesmerizing stuff, every detai is so amazingly planned, it has the one of the best ambiance in Mumbai. There are huge Fans, some fancy statues, the lighting is just amazing and the LED face with the Dance floor everything just fits in to give you the best of the vibes possible.

The service here is prompt and good, very attentive, one of the server FAHAD served us and he was really helpful and polite. The food is obviously really amazing. Talking about the food we had,

It is a vodka based cocktail mixed with some apple juice, the combination just hits off really well.

2. J.O.G

This is a cocktail which has three main components Jagger, orange and ginger-ale, it is what JOG stands for, really good cocktail to have.

3. KAFIR LIMETIME

It is a Kaffirlime based drink, it is a mocktail, really refreshing!

It is boneless chicken tossed with some Chinese sauces and Indian spices with vegetables.

2. DYNAMITE PRAWNS

These are whole batter fried prawns with some special sauce made by the chef, it is served in a Martini glass, good presentation and amazing taste.

It is a Korean style pot rice with chicken or any other option that you need, topped with fried egg.

As its name suggest its a sesame ice cream, a really unique concept but it hit offs really well. It is really smooth and creamy.
