FabExpress Adore Inn - Hotel in Andheri East, Mumbai — Hotel in Mumbai

Very bad expressions staying with this hotel fabexpress ador inn, full day owners and their family sitting in the lobby guest can not sit in the lobby. Breakfast they have given first day 2 poori and Aaloo sabji and tea and second day samber with 2 Idli & 2 bada.

10:20 AM one staff came to my room and said your check-out is 11 AM and I have informed him check-out i guess at 1200 Hrs. and why you asking me this. And I am getting ready now and I have called my taxi at 11 AM so I am going. After sometime he came again and saying that reception Madam want to talk to you so you come to reception and I told him I am changing cloth why she want to me talk and let me change than only I can come out as I have to go to my meeting.

Immediately owner said to his staff tell him if he will not come out by 11 AM then he has to pay late charges or we will through his luggage. This kind of language he has use. finaly I have to left hotel any how by 11 AM then why this kind of language he has used.

Worst experience staying here. Had booked this hotel for 6days as kinda knew that fab hotels are good. But our experience of staying one night here turned into a horror experience. Bad staff members, worst stinking box like rooms, horrible locality total goons type. They promised dedicated car parking but had to park in front of road which was surrounded by goons. They kept sitting on my car and car alarm kept going on and on like multiple times in the night. Inspite asking for help the goons like staff member just kept smiling and staring instead helping. Had to cut short stay in one night and they made it worse for us to leave the next day morning. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Never go to...

Worst experience, rude receptionist, we were 8 people and we stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are soo tiny that you will surely regret. Everyone had a bad experience, and the breakfast was soo bad that we only tasted it once and we had to send it back. And tea or coffee was available with breakfast but if someone wanted milk instead of tea the receptionist said that milk is not free and we will have to pay for it. So how do you make tea and coffee? With water? And after check-out we had an hour time for our Bus and we wanted to wait in the reception because of the luggage. But receptionist said that we can’t allow that too.
