It is a small really budget hotel near the Mumbai airport. Very easily accessible almost on the road. My taxi man didn't have any issues in finding the place. May be because he is living nearby to this hotel. Check in was smooth. I think I should compliment Agoda for the proper communication with the hotel. I remember having a very bad experience with Make-my-trip: when I reached the hotel there was no room booked in my name!! I think parking is not a problem there. Seems to have a lot of space.

The first room I was allotted was terrible. There is bathroom and in front of the bathroom door is a short and small corridor which opens into the room. The room is so small that you will almost feel claustrophobic. What was worse there was a window which faced a backbone where they were hosting parties.  This went upto midnight and after that the cleaning process went on for another 3 hours. The noise was terrible. I was totally disoriented with no sleep next day morning. I had to complain next day and luckily they allotted an other room.  This was slightly better.  Looked slightly more spacious. Single bed like the previous one.  It seems for single occupancy they give only single bed room. So if you want a larger room all specifically for double room.

Rooms are clean, and so are the linen. Bathroom is very small but clean. Toiletries are minimal with only a dental kit. Shampoo and bathing liquid are provided. Of all the things one that annoyed me most was the lack of a cupboard. Only two hangers and hook!! No kettle, no safe. To get coffee you have to go to 4th floor.

There is no fan and I saw mosquitoes in both the rooms. The TV didn't show must the channels though it showed sports. No English channels. Wi-Fi is good but it took 10mt to get activated once I checked in.

There is no restaurant or bar. It is written you can't take food from outside to the room. When asked I someone there, he said you can do that. Or else you have to go out to a eat. But breakfast is served in the hotel. It is very basic one, but ok. Omelette can be ordered.

Overall...

Lodge experience for 3-star tariff

Except for one IT staff, they don't care about you, and their work. They will keep citing their rules - "We don't do this, read our website". But they will not do what they are supposed to do - including replacing used coffee sachets, replacing towels etc. The bathroom doesn't have a place to keep your toiletries kit. The toilet flush will automatically operate when you lean back. MOST ROOMS DON'T HAVE A WINDOW AND YOU WILL BE TOLD BY A LOOK THAT YOU DON'T DESERVE A WINDOW. And forget elaborate room service of food and whatnot. You will be lucky if they remember your request for water. If the rooms were any smaller they would be declared "cubicles". For this, the tariff is INR 3300. And even after I told them that the booking has been done by a company with a staff of 2000 people, nobody cared. They kept throwing their rulebook at me. A thousand places in close proximity to this will be a thousand times better. I will refuse to work for this client if they book me again in this hotel. This is the new trend in Indian hospitality. Places with no kitchens. But do they make up for this huge gap with enthusiasm and a service mindset? Well, they will ask you to go to the rooftop and find cutlery by yourself. God forbid that they take up any responsibility on their own. Avoid this place like the plague. Even the staff members who want to do a good job are helpless. And the smug youngster at the reception needs a semster in...

Damp and unhygienic rooms with mosquitoes flying and watter dripping from noisy AC. Don't go by the pics they share on MMT. I wonder how they even got a place on MMT. Bedsheet was torn and had stain spots. Rooms were extremely small. This room they gave it me when we arrived at 2 am in the morning all tired. They were continuosly saying that we don't have rooms we don't have rooms. But the catch is that I booked the rooms one day prior to my arrival with advance payments. Then we had to actually reprimand them to get us a room where atleast bedsheets are clean and ceiling was not damp with fungus. They did transfer us but still in that rooms ac was noisy and dripping water all night in the room if you are not mindful you can slip and fall because it was right in front of the washroom. I know due to Covid they might not have been able to maintain each and every room. But atleast for the guest who have booked 1 day before you could do the least is to sanitize the room and keep it clean with an AC that's functioning properly. And please take down your deceptive pictures from mmt. I am going to complaint there as well because it's even irresponsible on the part of MMT that they let this happen. And the worst thing is that this hotel is listed on MMT as 3 star hotel. I don't know why MMT has lowered it's standards. The room was not even 60-70 sqft. If you...

I have a good stay at this hotel and many thanks to the management and the whole staffs who helped me in my bad times. Very good and less crowded location as it is in the Sagar Plaza compound. It is within walking distance to Saki Naka metro station and 15 minutes from airport. Many good restaurants nearby including KFC. Nearby Medical store, stall to recharge your sim and fruit markets. Check in and check out was fast. Modern clean room. Everyday housekeeping and 24 hrs service. Good A/C and good wifi as well. Nice continental and oriental breakfast. Free coffee machine on each floors. Also large space available and can be booked for any functions. Everyday soap, shampoo and toothbrush available. Clean washrooms with hot and cold water any time. Free bottle of water everyday. The rooms are indeed small but as you can see on my pics, I've managed to live with 6 suitcases and 3 backpack. The best and cheapest way to reach hotel, book Uber or Ola and cost me less than INR 150. Otherwise normal taxi will charge INR 250 and private taxi ~INR 800. To reach Chhatrapati Terminus, take the metro (INR 20) to Ghatkopar and take train (INR 10) to CSMT and would be wise if you booked your return tickets if you want to return by same way so as to avoid queuing at peak time. For a foreign tourist I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was just okay. We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Holiday Inn which is just around the corner and walkable, so in that regard it was convenient. The room was clean when we arrived. However, the room was so small. I've stayed in hotel rooms all over the world and even in Japan they are not this small! Also we are a couple and they gave us two twin beds. We requested a king room but they didn't have any so they pushed the beds together. We stayed 5 nights and as 2 people it was just too small and uncomfortable with the two separate beds. We asked for the room to be cleaned almost every day and they would remake the bed but not replace the sheets with fresh ones. Our sheets should have been changed in the five days we stayed, especially when we asked. The complimentary breakfast was nice and included Indian options as well as toast, eggs, fruit, and cereal. The front desk staff were pretty unfriendly and it took several calls to have our bed made, dry cleaning done, suits returned, etc. Overall it wasn't an unpleasant stay but I would not come back. Only recommended for single travelers staying overnight to catch a flight.

The hotel rooms are as tiny as a mere double bed. Rooms don't have proper space to keep luggage and not do they have space for hanging or keeping clothes. No windows no ventilation. They won't provide enough toiletries, at best available for a single user. The main problem is how they fool people by hiding the details of room sizes and showing the images of their biggest and best room that lures people to make bookings and once you get your room you understand how they tricked you with those pictures. Besides, on the day of my booking the water in the sink was as good as waste water - smelly and filthy. I was told it was due to some maintenance. Whatever the case be, I as a customer should be provided assured quality of water without excuses or inform me upfront and let me take the call if that's okay with me or else refund. This booking was a whole waste of time, head space, physical effort, and money. I don't mind paying more and getting a better place, but it gives no right to the hotel to fool customers with pictures that are non existent as per the budgets that this hotel projects. #Fraud alert.
