Green House — Hotel in Mumbai

I was on a business trip. I had booked my stay through Make My Trip for 3 nights here opting for a Deluxe Room with included breakfast. On reaching there, receptionist says there's no kitchen, so forget about breakfast. Mind you, I had prepaid for the stay package which included breakfast. They also charge for water bottle, it isn't complementary. It's not about money, but principles. What's the point of being in hospitality business, if you don't offer a water bottle a day and yet charge for a non existing breakfast package.

The facility is run by young chaps who I'm sure can manage with better coordination.

On the plus side, the receptionist took orders for dinner and arranged the food from the outside. The food was certainly delicious, full marks. The room was decent, the Air conditioning was good. There was 24x7 hot water. The bed, cozy. Slept like a baby.

What I still don't understand is the business model - Is this hotel owned by Fabhotel or Fabhotel just leased it's name to...

Very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. It is worth staying in this hotel. Last time, when I came to Mumbai, I stayed in a hotel that was triple time expensive than this Green House but that offered the same level of services that this hotel offers. The staff are not money-minded people. They try their best to provide you with a comfortable stay. Clean room and everything was working. Very nice stay. Definitely select the same hotel next time. Easy to get Auto, Rikhsa in front of the hotel....

It was clean and stylish room’s with excellent friendly service at affordable price 👍🏻. The best part is bathroom are nit & clean . Staff are very helpful. The Room is spacious and clean. And Receptionist is very kind person. We are very impressed by the responsiveness of staff. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again😇. The negative part is only over spray of room freshener 😢. And TV remote not working properly...
