On two separate occasions, I've ordered cake directly through Theobroma's website - that's 5 cakes in total and all were a disaster. The cakes were melted to one side. This is one company who hasn't learnt the concept of dry-ice - if ice cream companies can deliver with dry ice then why not cakes - or at least have some way to keep it together. Plus the packaging was so bad that any delivery guy will struggle to make sure it doesn't move. Maybe they should just stop delivering but why deliver a mess?! So, if you wish to add stress to your life then order cake from Theobroma until they don't mend their ways. Update: New cakes were delivered with no issues at all. But I'm keeping this review here in the hope Theobroma stop making this a habit.

Theobroma quality is getting really bad...and they have hiked the price of most products. Last year the Chicken mustard sandwich was 195 Rs, today the price is 270 Rs..that is a serious hike in price. Then I was suggested to try the chocolate ORANGE PASTRY. Another horrible pastry, I had a bite & just left it.. Maybe the staff is trying to sell those items which are terrible..or those which nobody is buying..the management needs to look into the quality & pricing.

Ive ordered this early morning from your website. Mentioned the complete address the recepient details with the contact number of the receiving person. And that was supposed to be a surprise delivery on behalf of my 7 years old kid for her mom that is my wife. I ordered it from UAE making an international transaction. Your stupid delivery service is asking for the OTP which was sent on my phone number. Due to time difference i was sleeping. Due to which the order was undeliver.

Make me understand one thing WHY THE HELL DO YOU GUYS NEED AN OTP JUST FOR A CAKE/ FOOD DELIVERY....????

FOR INSTANCE IF SOMEONE IS ASKING A SURPRISE DELIVERY.. IS IT REQUIRED FOR THE DELIVERY TO ASK THE OTP TO THE SENDER??????

YOU GUYS HAVE RUINED THE DAY AND RUINED THE SURPRISE BY A 7 YR KID TO HER MOM.... IS THIS HOW YOU GUYS DELIVER....

WORST COMPANY AND DELIVERY METHOD.... NEVER EVER GONNA ORDER AGAIN FROM THEOBROMA.. AND WILL MAKE SURE THE ENTIRE MAIL WILL BE POSTED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES INCLUDING GOOGLE REVIEW...

Theobroma had been on our checklist for very long time, so finally the day came to tick off the check box.

Located in Lokhandwala market is this outlet of Theobroma. The outlet has been divided into two levels; the upper level is a tiny cafe which has about 20-25 covers. The ground level serves as a bakery and counter sales area for all Theobroma Products. The counter sales area as a wide range of products on their display.
