Hotel Guest Inn Residency — Hotel in Mumbai

I had come with my family to Dadar as I had to visit the Don Bosco's Church at Matunga. And from the Dadar station. I had boarded 2 Taxis, and the Taxi Driver took us to the hotels in Kurla saying that Hotels in Dadar are expensive. And took us to Kurla, which was way far from Matunga. Infact my mood was off with the taxi drivers for taking us too far away.

Now about the Hotel, it was way far away from Don Bosco's Church Matunga, and speaking of the rooms, I had taken 2 rooms 1 for 3 people and the other for 2 people. To be honest both the rooms didn't have ventilation or windows to see the outside view. The rooms were not spacious enough to keep your language or open your suitcase.The bathroom, toilets space was too less. And the A/C in one of our rooms was not working properly The beds were not at all comfortable. The height of the ceiling was way to low. I donno about the hotel price as my Brother had done the payment and thank God we only did the booking for 1 night. And went for a nearby hotel at Dadar. The rooms are not clean and a lot of cockroaches were roaming around. One of our room door was not closing properly, so had to lock the room from inside.

Bathroom space was very less. The TV didn't have dish or cable connection and they said that their Tv is a smart TV and you can only use YouTube and you could login on the oTT platform which I felt was not safe at all.

There is no medical store neither any restaurant nearby, There are taxis nearby but nothing interesting at around the Hotel.

I would not recommend any family for a stay only singles or couples can stay provided one must not carry to much laguage.

Only good about the hotel is it's service. The staff serves food when called to place the order.

Another advice to people travelling to Mumbai. Make sure to do a proper reasearch on the Hotels and do not depend on the Taxi drivers near the railway station for trust as they would leave you...

Third Class Hotel... stay on road but don't stay in this Hotel... I would like to share my experience. We booked our room in this hotel and we arrived at 2 Oclock mid night in the hotel. The man Mr. Firoz on the reception said that we don't have room. You can't stay in our hotel. I said why we have booking and where could we go in midnight. He behaved very rudely. Letter on we came to know that the owner was sleeping in the room which we booked. Then he offered me another room with extra charge. He said pay more or you can go out. We didn't have any choice so we paid more. He cheated us. There were 2 o r 3 man looking like Goons was fought with us. We felt very bad, embarrassed and they all guys including Firoz were shouting on us. I observed that they were targeting some specific kind of people that I don't want to say. One more thing, very next day I saw some other people including female also had issues and these hotel guys fought with them. So in a day they fight with 4 to 5 customers which I have seen. There is no service at all, Very bad hotel, Bad staff, no cleanliness, negative atmosphere. Over all don't stay in this hotel if you want to feel safe. Dont book this hotel... sleep on the...

Disaster experience, this should not call hotel, this a road side Lodge. i) i had reserved deluxe room for to stay with my family once i enter the room its quite disappoint which is small tiny room. when i request they change to bit bigger room they call supper deluxe which is still tiny ii) very bad service, full of cheating they did not refile water when i ask for water they asking for to pay for water bottle. iii) my booking was include breakfast there was no information for breakfast while checked in some how i ask following day in front desk they said to me they will serve at room it was horrible like dog food puri bhaji and poha no tea was served even i ask for iv) i have to ask for change my bath towel and bin every day, v) dirty, so many animals in hotel. no window. vi) there was water heater not working, vii) i like to mention that there was late check out because i had my late flight they put some extra charges that quite fare but when i was ask for bill or to include with my entire invoice. they did not give me the bill infect they said this is extra and separate...
