I hardly ever leave negative reviews for restaurants however this one is an exception. The food was terrible, butter chicken was extremely spicy (butter chicken should not be that spicy). The naan was tasteless.
The worst part was a group of men sat on the table next to us but then 4 of their friends turned up and they wanted to sit on the table next to us. The manager tried to get us to leave as quick as possible and even came up to us and told us to hurry up... we're paying customers ffs and drinks took over 10 mins to come!! It's not like they reserved the table either. Absolutely terrible customer service by the manager (upstairs in the bar area). If they wanted to sit together then they should've come earlier, not try to make us leave. I deliberately took longer because he was trying to make us leave just so those group of ppl could sit together when there was a table free behind us THE WHOLE TIME.....
Disgusting to tell paying customers to hurry up when we're trying to enjoy our drinks. Why would I down it so that 4 disorganised people could sit together?? We got there over 30 mins before them, why should we rush to accommodate them...
The waiters were very good and I even left them a tip however it's such a shame that they have such a horrible manager. Toilets as well smelt awful, not a good start to my first day in Mumbai. You get better service at Wetherspoons back in England at least there you're not forced to leave even if...
Read moreI would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times, but I have consistently faced issues with the food. The only saving grace is the good service, which is probably why the restaurant is still running.
On January 6, 2025, I visited the restaurant around 9:15 PM. I ordered drinks, which were served promptly. After that, I placed a food order. When the food was delivered, I informed the server that it was not up to the mark. He replaced it, but the quality remained the same. Despite the bad taste, I tried to eat it because I was hungry, but the food got cold. When I asked for it to be reheated, the staff refused, saying they didn’t have a microwave and that the chef would not allow reheating food. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel or restaurant.
To make matters worse, after paying for my drinks and the remaining amount for the food I could barely consume, I asked the cashier for the name of the server. Arrogantly, he replied that the hotel cashiers are drunk. Please clarify.
"I am also working in a 5-star hotel in the food and beverage department, but I would never give the kind of experience to a guest that this hotel gave me today. If they don’t contact me regarding this issue, I will not visit again. I will also make sure that all my colleagues who are planning to go there reconsider, as I don’t want anyone else to suffer the way...
