I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at Hotel Supreme Comfort, which was unfortunately quite disappointing.

Firstly, I found the rooms to be excessively small and not as described on your website. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly at times, which made for an uncomfortable night.

Moreover, there was a significant issue with parking, as the hotel did not provide any designated spots. I was forced to park my car on the road, which led to my vehicle getting splattered with dirt and grime due to the rainy weather.

I had a great stay at this hotel, offering 5-star comfort at an affordable price. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious enough, with particularly impressive bathrooms. The shower was definitely a highlight! The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few kilometers from the airport.

While food needs to be ordered from outside, it’s delivered quickly and efficiently. Parking could be a bit of a challenge for car owners, but the hotel makes up for it with an excellent free breakfast buffet, offering a delicious mix of South and North Indian dishes.

We were a group of five and booked three rooms, all of which had visibly stained and used bed sheets—clearly not changed after previous guests. When we brought this to the reception’s attention, they initially denied it but eventually admitted the issue and agreed to change them after some discussion.
