Itsy Hotels Shri GV Inn — Hotel in Nainital

My stay in this property was from 27/5/25 to 29/5/25. There are both positive and negative feed back for this hotel . First i will mark for good thing for this hotel. Rooms are good, clean and spacious, Free breakfast in morning is also good with limited options, staff of this hotel is also good and always have smile on their face. the view of nainital at night from thandi sadak was mind blowing.TREEBO always provide pocket friendly luxury stay. over all it was a good stay.

Now let me mark the negative points of this hotel. The main problem of this hotel is that its almost 3 km from nainital lake and that too on steep height, its impossible for you to reach hotel on your foot, unless you rent a scooty for your holiday, else you have to pay again and again for taxi to hotel. the hotel is situated near sherwood college and 1 km from governor house on a silent road, u will get no views from your balcony, you can only see only a narrow street, trees, and balcony of other hotels next to you, the bathrooms of this hotels are also small. . I recently stayed at GV Inn for a two-day trip to Nainital. The hotel is conveniently located a bit away from the lake side, which is ideal for travelers coming from Delhi as it allows entry from the outer side, bypassing Nainital's congestion.

The rooms at the hotel were comfortable and pleasant, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, I did encounter some disappointment with the bathroom cleanliness, as it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned, with ashes and smoked cigarette particles present.

On the brighter side, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my stay, making the experience quite enjoyable. The service they provided was commendable. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was delicious, and the breakfast options were particularly tasty, making for a satisfying start to the day.
