Chaayos Cafe at Basant Lok — Restaurant in New Delhi

well sanitised, neat, clean and safe to eat, but don't fall for the product via just looking into menu pic , we had ordered kulhad chai, desi pani kum regular chai and navratra snack platter. Only the kulhad chai was nice rest were just totally waste of money, advertised pic of navratra snack platter and delivered one was like whyyyyyy😣 did i order this one( felt regretted) even the taste was not so good... we asked for desi chai with adrak, they delivered desi pani kum regular, same as advertised says 'just the way you like it' but actually 'opposite the way you like it', you can make it much better at home or other small chai seller sell a better one...even who take order forgot to generate a bill(i don't know it was mistake or intentionally, he didn't want to give a bill).... we had so much expectation because in first place we were about to go to barista but due to wrong choice we went to chaayos and ruined our moment and made it totally CHAOS in my mind after seeing advertised product and...

Chaayos never disappoints when it comes to chai, and this visit was no exception! We tried the Guacamole Toast, Samosa Channa Chaat, and Upma—and hands down, the Upma stole the show! Easily the best I’ve had—warm, comforting, and packed with the right flavors. The Guacamole Toast was delicious too, well-seasoned and flavorful. However, the Samosa Channa Chaat didn’t quite hit the mark—it had too much masala and turned soggy before it even reached us.

The ambiance was fairly good, and the staff was welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Chaayos remains a favorite for a cozy chai break, and I’d definitely return for another...
