I recently visited Crazy Cheesy with high hopes for a delightful dining experience, but sadly, my expectations were dashed by the poor service. From the moment I walked in, it felt like chaos reigned supreme. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to lengthy wait times just to be seated.

Once seated, the troubles continued. It took an eternity for a server to even acknowledge our presence, and when they finally did, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to our needs. Getting simple requests fulfilled, like water refills or condiments, felt like pulling teeth.

To add insult to injury, when our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It was evident that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, resulting in soggy fries and rubbery cheese on what was supposed to be a "crazy cheesy" dish.

Overall, my experience at Crazy Cheesy was a disappointment. The lack of attention to detail and abysmal service overshadowed any potential enjoyment I could have had from the food. Save yourself the frustration and...

Late post, I am a huge fan of crazy cheesy and have been a loyal customer from years but this experience was extremely bad, will never visit this branch again. 1. Light was flickering like we were part of a horror movie and later power cut for long long time, 2. There were 5-6 tables on the above floor where we were sitting including us and all the tables included essential stuff like tissue paper, ketchup, proper stable light EXCEPT ours, 3. All the table were served with cold coffee in a glass jar/glass EXCEPT us, not sure why was there so much of a discrimination done, we were the only table where coffee was served in paper glass with paper straw, all other tables received glass jar with a proper spoon, 4. Food was tasteless, even the most basic dishes like french fries and nachos was screwed up and tasteless, pizza and pasta we had to forcefully finish. 5. 1star is just for the cold coffee which tasted good as usual. One of the best Crazy Cheesy franchises in Pune. The all new Pure Cheesy and Pure Veg branding of Crazy Cheesy is at its best. The ambience is quite decent. We get outdoor as well as indoor seating facilities as per our feasibility. The staff at Crazy Cheesy are the best people. Right from the ones who greeted outside the cafe to the ones taking the order and the ones who served, all were extremely polite and helpful. They have even curated some exclusive Pizzas like "Choco Brownie Overload" and "Puneri Theccha Paneer". They offer Pizzas, Mocktails, Nachos, Subs, Toasties, Burgers, Breads, Pastas, French Fries, Drinks, Desserts, Shakes and so much more.
