I would like to share my experience to all out there.

I had booked the hotel through FabHotel Website with an advance of Rs. 500. When we reached the hotel we asked for early check-in which was denied to us by the owner. After waiting for an hour, we were given a room which was in a really bad condition which was nothing as shown in the picture on their website. We went for some urgent admission work and came back within an hour and by mistake instead of going to 2nd floor where our room was we went to 3rd floor and tried to open the door to our shock the room opened with our room key. We decided we had to leave at that moment itself.

We took our luggage and went down to check out at that very moment. As soon as we told the receptionist old man he went mad he started calling people and we still requested him to let us go. He and the Receptionist demanded us to pay the whole money without even staying there for more than 10 minute. We did not ask for the refund of the advance money but still they were not letting us go. It was a nightmare for someone who came with a friend for college admission.

After call with the FabHotel Executive we were allowed to go. I would request people to think before going...

We didn’t know this hotel was right next to budhwar peth 😂 although it has dmart right infront of it and alot of cheap street food vendors nearby at walking distance so no problem there but still girls alone should avoid staying nearby this area. Coming to the property, it’s a very shady place but we got a good spacious room at the top floor that we booked for 3 people but had a double bed that could accommodate only two people. The service is literally very slow I asked for extra pillows like hundreds of time and also ringed the reception a few times but did not get the pillows at all. Next day upon filling the water bucket with tap water got to know it was all dirty water coming out of it with black particles in it so we didn’t risk taking bath with it at all. Upon complaining they checked it and got us access to another rooms bathroom for a few hours so it was just a fine experience. Dont go for fabexpress they are cheaters i booked a room for one male and two female candidates in which one male and one female candidate are real brothers and sister and other female are friend but still they don't allowed us to stay in a single room and at the time of checking hotel staff rejected to taje booking of our single room for three of us and on other side customer care of fab express also decline and we have to pay for another room which was hectic for us, if anyone have limited money at that time then what should they do. One funny thing is that hotel is couple friendly but they dont allow 1 male and 2 females as that male and one female are real brother and sister and we have ids also guys dont go for fab hotels really.
