Omg! I am stunned that how is this place even running? Staff?. They have no sense, no customer service experience, we went yesterday and we waited for like 15-20 mins to place an order and those girls were talking about their personal day to day lives at front and about their internal gossips like why other girl is not on time or leaving early, felt like we were at someone’s house and listening to their back and forth arguments. Oh god! This place is disaster. Guess what ? I wanted to get an extra lid for which I waited 10 mins and eventually I requested the cleaning guy to get me a lid , to which he actioned timely, he was the one who was taking everybody’s shit at front which he wasn’t suppose...

This KFC is a drive through which definitely makes it much approachable. Then it is located in such a plaza where there are not much other options to choose from to eat. Here KFC is not having not much larger seating space ..I have usually found it around 70 percent occupied. The staff is nice and service is also prompt. Then if I talk about food ..I always have liked chicken in KFC ..be it burger, wings, popcorns, rice bowl, smoky grilled and what not..so this KFC outlet is not an exception. This time I tasted LOADED POPCORN which also tasted very nice..it had small chicken popcorns and fries with mayonnaise and some mustard sauce..so u can give it a try. Rest all good..worth...
