After booking, I received and official email from the hotel to make a prepayment of 30% to confirm the booking, which is fine but the email ask to make payment on a phone number, when I contacted the number they asked for 40% advance payment to confirm the room. When I asked for the difference in the advance payment in official email and whatsapp chat then they could not justify and asked to cancel booking. This was a bad booking experience for me. It doesnt matter if the advance was 30% or 40% but firstly it should be taken by the direct payment link in the official email from the hotel, like most professional hotels do. And secondly, asking customer to cancel the booking is not a solution, rather that would create a bad image of hotel in long run, especially through reviews like this. Kitchen service not available, we booked this hotel a few months ago but when we arrived at the hotel We came to know that the kitchen service is closed, we spoke to the owner's representative, he said to bring food from outside, they could not provide plates for food and they asked to ask for not being able to provide service, they cannot provide more than two plates in a room. Seven of us went. The lift service was off for 12 hours and was supposed to be fixed at 19 am but it was fixed after 12, we had to climb four floors of stairs.
