Hotel Casa by the lake — Hotel in Rajasthan

Amazing experience with "Hotel Casa by the Lake". Location, view, staff, service, rooms and food all are amazing. Prices are also very reasonable as compared to the quality they offer to us, no one can offer this type of quality, facilities, service and that much tasty food under these prices. Rooms are very clean and beautiful. Amazing lake view from the rooftop restaurant which is the best in town. Staff is very gentle and well dressed. Hygiene is the core of there work. "Food" ooooohhhoo..... I have no word to describe how tasty food they offer... Best in town. Washrooms are very clean and hygienic. Best price and value for money.

And the best part is the culture of the hotel, its owner Mr. Aditya Kalra who is a very lovely guy and a gentleman. He always interact with all customers and ask for feedback about each and every thing and always personally taking care of all the guests.

I will highly recommend to everyone to must visit the "Hotel Casa by the Lake" at least one time. Once you visit it you will come again and again... It's my promise.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The pictures posted are very misleading, and hide a whole lot of unpleasantness. It is a Shady hostel AT BEST, let alone a 3-star property they claim to be on booking dotcom.

The rooms are TINY - on booking portals they say the deluxe rooms are 130sqft. I measured my KING room, and it was literally 96sqft, which a little more than a queen bed!

The room we stayed at had absolutely no ventilation. The windows opened straight into a neighbour's house. Zero privacy!

The location is absolutely shady. The approach to the hotel was very sus. Entrance to the rooms was different from the reception entrance - from a back entrance that looked less a hotel, more brothel.

The linen and towels were stained, cleanliness was bad.

Although view from rooftop restaurant was good (which 90% of all stays in that area have anyway, so not surprising nor is it unique), there was nobody to care or ask for what we wanted to order. Very lax staff.

It is located close to the lake and city palace, but that's true about a 100 other properties. This one...

You might get exactly the same experience like other hotels in the vicinity of the lake at decent price in this hotel.

Rooms were good, clean and very well lit with average working AC. Washrooms were clean and fitted with geyser.

Thankfully they had their own restaurant and food was good with bar option. I only wished they had offered more traditional/local cuisine.

I would have rated them 5, but they let us down with the service. They need a lot of improvement in the kitchen service in terms of service turnaround time and the way they serve food. Probably hire someone professional.

Parking for any kind of vehicles is not available. (Street parking for 2 wheeler only). Fortunately they had made that clear while booking or else it would have been a nasty surprise.

Owner was friendly and manager asked us feedback before leaving. Which I'm sure they will work upon.

Rest all was positive and would recommend...
