Read moreWe visited Cafe Boho on our last night in Udaipur and were so glad to have discovered it. The restaurant is accessible via a few flights of stairs that open to rooftop seating with amazing views of the city - perfect for sunsets. We only tried Indian dishes (which were all fantastic) so can’t comment on others.
The Tadka Dal was phenomenal. The best daal I’ve ever had with an amazing chili of perfect spice level on top.
The Chana Masala was also the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly spiced with cardamom, which I sometimes have an aversion to but it was used to perfection here.

We made our way to the rooftop, and to our surprise, it was completely empty. Just us, the open sky, and a breathtaking view of the city shimmering in the night. The atmosphere was nothing short of cinematic—serene, intimate, and drenched in romance. It felt like the universe had conspired to give us this moment.
The food? Delicious. The vibes? Legendary. The staff?...
