Rooms are decent. The only good part of the stay. The one star is only for the room.
Too costly for what they offer. Be sure to confirm your room before arrival the owner doesn't check properly. I didn't get the room I opted for, which was the balcony instead I got a room in 1st floor. They even claimed it to be costlier than what I had booked.
If you need food you need to order well in advance. At night If you are going out make sure to inform the owner or else you might get stuck outside the house. Number of phone calls and knocks won't help. Imagine how frustrating it could be after a long tiring day of travel.
No parking space. Don't get fooled by the pictures.
Note: The owner tries to act nice but he is not. He doesn't know how to Speak to his customers. When we spoke about our concern of making us wait at the gate and also for giving us the wrong room his replied were very rude, as if it was our fault. He even insulted us by saying that he will return the money making us feel like cheapos. By far the worst experience in a homestay. I was there In Rajasthan for almost two weeks, several Homestays. This is the only place I had problem.
[In my initial review I had not mentioned everything, rather it was a decent review with the necessary information for fellow passengers. I have edited the review including all the things which went wrong after reading the accusing reply...
Read moreThis place is perfect example of wrong use of internet by below average hotels in increasing their TRPs. The rooms are just average and charges high. The so called Deluxe room is highly unhygienic as its attached toilet does not have any opening to outside. You may catch deadly disease like C. difficile by living in such unhygienic environment. Almost all the rooms are devoid of any almirah. So with your luggage and clothes scattered, the room looks like railway platform. The charge for meagre breakfast of banana, low quality orange, bread butter, omlette, tea is Rs.200/- pp which is excessive.Nothing is included in room rent. No free bottled water, no free breakfast, no toiletries ( except one small pc of soap). On the top, the dwelling has no restaurant so you have to travel long distance for lunch/ dinner. The location is also average.Lake Pichola is far away and not visible from hotel. In the room rent being charged you will get good accommodation having lake view with free...

What a place it was our Udaipur trip was itself a memorable one as it’s one of the most beautiful city in India but the topping on the cake was we decided to stay SUN HERITAGE HOME. Cleanliness, Service, Location, Breakfast and Guidance by owner Mr. Nagendra everything was up to the mark. I still remember on the last day of our stay when we were sitting on the terrace in the night having few drinks and looking at the magnificent city palace (which is 5 mins walking distance from the property) that moment was out of this world. I want to say thanks to Mr. Nagendra and the boy who was taking care of our needs (I forgot the name ) for giving us such a wonderful time and whomsoever is reading my review please go there and stay on this heritage property and you’ll...
