If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the most pathetic and disgusting experience I’ve ever had with any hotel in my life. We booked 2 rooms well in advance, trusted their so-called “confirmation,” and just before arrival, they shamelessly cancelled our booking with a fake, cooked-up excuse.

And here’s the real slap in the face — when we checked directly, they had rooms available but were only willing to give them at a higher price. This is not hospitality, this is daylight robbery. Pure money-hungry management with absolutely no shame or professionalism.

They completely ruined our trip, caused unnecessary stress, wasted our time, and treated us like we don’t matter. This place is run by people who clearly don’t value guests, honesty, or basic decency.
