Before you choose this hotel please read this because Name has word ‘heritage’ No doubt its give feeling of heritage but there are lot disadvantages of choosing this hotel It is very much inside the city no doubt near to city place but lane is very small and dirty (outside of the hotel it is badly stinking) No parking facility at all We had to park in 700 meter far from the hotel which changed us 100 rs for 12 hr.... so cost us 500 rs for two night stay (which is not included in hotel terrif) They do not allow drinks and non.veg food (they do not provide bottle opner as well) Staff is very rude and not at all cooperative (need to ask 3 times minimum for one thing) TV is not have recharged so cannot even excess to news channel and musical channels Once’s you will park your car you wont thing to take it out again and you have to higher a activa (which will be more costly for you) They have provide us bathtub but when checked-in they asked us not to use bathtub as they cannot manage the hot water that much Door’s of the rooms have hole’s in between and rooms are very small They provide complimentary breakfast but they provide limited (they didn’t said us when we booked the hotel) Before booking we have asked them about parking facilities and they told us “you can park your car in the government ground which is near to the hotel which is minimum change” but charge was to much This hotel was not at all worth to spend 8500 rs...
Read moreDo not book this hotel even if this is the last hotel in Udaipur. I had a horrible experience here staying with my friends. I booked this hotel online and nowhere it was mentioned that it is in a dirty small gali. We booked a cab from the airport and the cab driver told us that he can't go to the hotel since no cabs can go there. Finally he dropped us about 200meters away from the hotel. We took a auto again from there. And God the shock we got when we saw the hotel! It looked like a abandoned old haveli. We didn't cancel the hotel at that time since it would have spoil our whole day plan. Just after we made the payment the people there started behaving very rudely. The man were really weird there. They kept staring at us from tip to toe. We were 4 girls and it was really scary for us to stay there. The rooms were really dirty with dirty linens. When we ask them to change they had an explanation for everything. The utensils that they used to serve the guest were super-dirty. They also keep checking if we have switched off the lights/fan of our washroom or not. I got a call to switch them off when my friend was bathing and someone even came and told us to do that again. For God sake, it's a hotel and not a hostel. They also kept adding extra breakfast and dinner to our booking and we ended up...
