Good clean rooms and bathrooms. Both a/c and non a/c rooms (single, double, triple) are available here, rooms have tv's and bathrooms have hot water supply. Management and staff are polite, amicable and helpful. Hotel has no lift hence elderly or people with accessibility restrictions should prefer a ground floor room. However, hotel has a nice big parking lot and only 600 metres from CMC Vellore hospital. Location is good and is just in front of the road, no need to go inside crowded lanes. No advance reservations entertained as is common for hotels around CMC Vellore, since they are mostly occupied by patients/relatives whose stay varies with the length of their appointments, treatments and follow ups. Room rates are exorbitant compared to the conditions of the rooms.They charged Rs 1500 per night in AC rooms. Toilet was of shabby conditions.They dont provide complimentary mineral water.The most important thing is their check out time is 9pm.So if you check in at 12noon, you will be charged for another day.Manager dont want to provide any receipt.Please ask for it. We checked in to this hotel as we had visited CMC vellore. Despite being an OYO brand, we had a nightmarish experience staying here. The roomssucks. The rooms especially bathroom were in a filthy condition. The room was stinking. There was no hot water in the room. No TV channels. Bucket and mug had a layer of algae on it. Room service was poor.
