My uncle tried to check in my husband (white Australian) and I (Indian born Australian citizen) on the night of the 23rd June. We were there as my aunt was getting treatment post stroke. ||||We were met by this male reception staff member who advised that foreigners were not allowed in this hotel. He reluctantly allowed us to check in after a persistent discussion with my uncle only for me to check in using my passport. ||||We kept ourselves scarce as we spent our time caring for our aunt 8-9. Most of the staff were friendly except for the two morning an d evening reception staff both male with a constant disapproving /dissatisfied looks. Although it doesn’t bother us, after a while it got tiring. Definitely not going there again. ||||To the reception staff, our advice... please lose the attitude and open your minds, for you are just one tiny speck in this...

Mr Sridhar who is the receptionist is extremely unprofessional, unfeasible, non-understnding and aggressive in behavior. I am quite surprised as to how can an experienced hotelier make such a huge mistake in their hiring.
Advice to the hotel owner - Mr. Sridhar is a negative influence, and he can tarnish the reputation of your hotel and hence can also bring about a loss of revenue also in the long run. I would definitely not...
