OYO Hotel All Season — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Within 2km radius from government botanical garden. This is fairly new place maintained by young entrepreneurs who want to succeed by striving to provide best customer service possible. Even though my initial first day Check in experience was bitter but they overcome everything by their pleasing customer service by wearing a smile in their face. Rooms are very neat and clean also it’s well maintained. Room 107 is a definitely must stay for anyone who plans to make your vacation stay their. We went with our family and their was no hindrance at all. There are some minute things which they need to work on but overall stay experience was very good and I would really rate more than 5 Stars just because their willingness and pleasing customer service. Especially Kannan and Hemanth are very good.Actually everyone who works their deserves a big applause. I was really worried on day one when I checked in. But my day 2 and 3 was splendid and awesome experience. Say it the view it holds almost the 70-80% view of ooty and highlight is morning misty view which can only be experienced from this OYO and other GEM PARK hotel. I don’t think their is any other hotel in surrounding can get this view from terrace. Breakfast is their signature and trust me it’s not from XYZ hotel. Yes you got it right it’s home made from Kannan’s Mom who prepares for all who stays in ALL SEASONS. That RED chutney and Sambar deserves special star for breakfast. Overwhelmed by the preparation we shamelessly requested Kannan’s Mom to prepare dinner for us the 3rd day and yes you know what we were flattered by the taste and for addicted for that food we had that last night in ALL SEASONS. Am not sure whether all the guest in that hotel will get this kind of experience of having dinner they prepared. But who ever is going to stay if you love South Indian traditional food then make a condition for them to prepare and then only stay there ..! Haa haa am just kidding and it’s purely your luck or may be if you are blessed. This manager Kannan don’t know say no and he almost says yes for everything to make their customer happy I felt. Things like language specific paper to read as he made my dad happier, anytime serving hot tea, providing hot water to drink and they even went extra mile by preparing customized broccoli for us which we bought self. I don’t know why still OYO management didn’t provide a board for them yet and this hotel is a must stay. If you have concerns talk to them and they are ready to listen and serve you better. Last but not least overall these guys are best and it’s a must stay. Thank you OYO for making our holiday memorable because of the wonderful ALL SEASONS team. This is not a super star hotel or very high grade hotel but every single penny you spend here...

Hotel was good. But when i asked for transportation, they arranged an autorickshaw driver, who charged 400 rs from hotel to ooty town. I complained the hotel authorities regarding this on 06/10/2018 in the night. They took my complaint and called the same auto driver next day, which was really disappointing. I asked for CAB only.He again took more charges, when i refused to pay, he went to other autorikshaw drivers and they warned me to give the money. Due to this thug people I gave the money. The driver was arrogant and shouted at me. We come to the hotel without our own vehicle, trusting OYO and Hotel authorities. But after complaining the authorities did the same situation is really disappointing. Overnight there was no power supply that I can understand the situation but the latter incident was really frustrating. I hope the authorities will consider customers satisfaction rather than autorikshaw drivers greedy...

I would call this a value for money hotel, had a decent experience during my stay. I would recommend it to a group, than a family or a couple, since I did notice quite a few not so good things. Pros: Amazing view from the room Good service and courteous staff Clean bed Covered parking Located near the town. amazing breakfast Cons: 1. Uncleaned/dirty toilets Privacy is a concern, (since they have a common balcony, people from the other room walk and make noise) Cleanliness (they had empty beer bottles on the terrace and reception was dirty with a bundle of uncleaned bed covers) Nevertheless, the guys at the hotel are doing an amazing job, with polite and good service, all the best.
