We stayed for a day but we regret our decision, after reading google reviews and location we booked @ Makemy Trip, got the booking confirmation along with rules and regulations document. When we checked in, we were asked to pay additional 350 INR for extra bed which i did not ask for and we did not use it either. Toilet was dirty and complete shower had rust, shampoo was local brand which is less than 2 INR, tiles are not anti skid and i was supposed to fall once

We ordered our dinner through room service and it was a delight and we have never seen such a delivery but next day morning after visting temple, we were not allowed to enter the restaurant saying 10.30am it is closed and opens for lunch at 11.15 or 11.30am. We called room service and ordered three dosas but we got a call in return saying no service, answer was it is 10.30 and no side dish available. We were in a position to check out so that we could have our breakfast at some other restaurant, when i complained at reception, answer was simple Sunday so we closed it earlier, while the restaurant was open on Saturday night till 10.30PM (It is restaurant decision so travellers should prefer to eat at a different place, it is their wish), to my shock either i did not got the restaurant timings through MakeMy Trip or from hotel website in rules and regulations document, paying 3.8K for a night with no complimentary breakfast is...

I had merely enquired with the reception about a taxi and how much the trip would cost. Their rates were expensive so we found our own. Then, the disgusting person in the reception started fighting with us saying we gave a commitment for a whole day for the cab when none was done. He used foul language with us and insulted us. I went to the management to report it, the so called GM, the man running the place behaved even more poorly. When I complained to him saying this man used foul words on us, he said that was secondary to him. He was more keen on whether the cab booking was canceled by us. Instead of listening to our side of the story, he stood there asking the extremely inept, uncultured reception staff of their version. I was very hurt by his behavior and told him we will not be coming to his hotel ever again to which he replied that's ok. So, to all of you making a booking here, if the senior management is behaving this way how do you think the lower staff will? I thought this happened to us alone but seeing the reviews of everyone complaining here about the behaviour of the staff, it is no surprise why the standard of this hotel has plummeted to the ditch.
