OYO Arun Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We have booked this hotel through oyo and also made payment. But when we reached to this hotel with kids the guy in reception saying we didn't get payment to this hotel. They never care about the customers. After so much of argument the guy in reception saying that they have only two month agreement with oyo and the amount paid by the customer through oyo will not be taken by the corresponding hotel n asked us to repay again for new booking. Such a worst behavior of the staff. N they are complete fraud, fraud, fraud. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn't get my money back. Even when you google nowhere one can get arun residency contact number. Only oyo customer care number will be available. Even if we want to get connected to hotel number the call mostly automatically get disconnected. I am having proof regarding payment to hotel. We just booked another hotel and also had no time to argue with such fraud people. N also you cant change check in time. Never ever book this hotel. They never concern...

The moderately priced rooms are clean and sanitary in a pleasant atmosphere. Whether travelling in a group or on your own, this is the ideal location. A family vacation on a shoestring budget is an excellent choice. Because of the nearby food restaurant (Non-Veg-Thoppi Vappa brand), visitors will not have to travel far to get their fill of nourishment when visiting this location. The adjacent historic temples such ( kumbeswarar temple, sarangapani temple, Nageswaraswamy Temple, Sri Oppiliappan Temple (15Min travek by auto, Swamimalai temple (20 Mins by Mni Bus ) are easily accessible, and vegetarians will be pleased to learn that this area has a long heritage of excellent vegetarian cuisine.

The bathroom might use some attention, but...

This is my experience - When we first entered, there was no one at the reception. A guy later came and gave us the keys. There was no parking and my car had to be in the side of the road, all day long. We opted for a suite room when booking but was provided with a classic room only. There were broken toilet seats, cigarette stubs and used soap covers in the toilet. The AC didn't work at all and the whole room smelt bad. Really bad experience and I wish things like this never happened...
