Casa Regency — Hotel in Thathampally

We were in kerala from 1week we love there’s culture and hospitality almost we stayed in 4 hotels among 4hotels 3 are best hotel with best service and there good behavior and hospitality impressed us.(we haven 5stars to 3hotels) But with CASA who is blaming customer with false allegations that we drunk that shows his negative attitude among customer.

Better improve your services rather than blaming customers, hope you understand and change your attitude.

I am not happy by giving this review this is only for other customers they should not face...

This is one good budget hotel if you want to work from here. They were so accomodating they put the wifi in our room so that I can get good wifi to take video calls. The rooms are big and spacious. They have AC and non AC rooms. You would get dressing table, chair, centre table in the room. But the bathroom is not good. Its very small and not very clean.
