Gemini Continental — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I am writing you regarding the treatment I got at Gemini hotel over the period of stay from 8th nov till 12 nov. The staff is the most lazy, rude and negative I have ever seen. Last year's I stayed at Arif hotel and silvete and i must say I made a big mistake by booking Gemini Continental for my wedding. I asked for mineral water and the receptionist disrespected me like no other. First they send cold water when guest is sick . When i asked for normal water he is giving me instructions that heat it up in the room kettle. And he is saying that in one room 5 guests are staying. Kindly let me know how many guests stayed in one room. I want you to show me the video of my room 303 and 504 how many guests is the receptionist accusing me of wrongfully. When i said I will complain about Gemini he said bilkul ma'am. Is this being done on purpose just to trouble us. What is this behaviour the housekeeping doesn't talk properly everyone keeps disrespecting. I asked for normal temperature water that also he is saying will be chargeable. Never am I going to recommend my my family members to host any kind of function here. Was planning a wedding reception here but after this kind of negative treatment we are not going to do booking anymore .

Highly unprofessional staff, they don't even know how to talk or behave when a guest asks for water . They deragatory way they talk in with the guests and accusing the guests wrongfully that u have guests in your room and 5people staying. When there is a wedding function in the hotel atleast 5 rooms are booked and senior citizens guests come to give their blessings for just few minutes and leave.

Kindly improve the way the staff of Gemini deals with customers or guests when they have chosen your hotel among so many .

Highly atrocious, misbehaving, deragatory and belittling way each and every staff talks to us especially to ladies.

Never have I had this kind of experience in any hotel...

1st visit after 3 years, post covid and found the hotel is following all precautions.. this has been my only hotel for stay while in lucknow.. ideal location in hazratganj.. walking distance from KD babu metro station and hardly 100 steps from the very popular open air restaurant and dastarkaan along with many other eating joints... ample parking, smiling staff, rooms have been upgraded with 43" TV's, has all amenities one expects from a good hotel.. has business centers and banquets.. newspaper given in rooms was a welcome change in today's digital world.. the Zaika restaurant on the 7th floor has wonderful views , well stocked bar 🍸, multiple food options for veg and non veg.. the breakfast buffet is also very good.. special mention of Inayat in Zaika who ensured food was served hot... had one of the best chicken chopsuey yesterday 😋... the restaurant is very popular with families as well... all 3 nights found large gathering celebrating birthdays or having a wonderful time together... also a very 'sweet' gesture by the hotel is that they place 2 pcs of sweet everyday in your room.. a complimentary fruit platter is also offered Subject to category of the room....certainly worth a...

Gemini Continental hotel is the Third class hotel I have ever seen . Everything is highly chargeable if you want slippers , soap for washrooms ,wifi,etc and these things are given as essential items in other hotels. Restaurant rates are not fixed and they are charging anything like I ordered simple khichdi because of a patient with me and they charged 650 rupees for this without mentioning in menu , sweet lime juice glass 300-400 rupees, also giving a small bar counter in room having 10 rupees chips packets, without informing that these items are chargeable and charging you 850 rupees at checkout . After I asked to hotel manager Asif Husain about these charges and rates and the reason for making the trap by giving bar counter in room and charging anything.Then he said we don't have any restriction by government for any fixed charges and we can take anything from customer without any justification .You can write anywhere you want as your rights but we can run like this .So , this type of manager they have with this rubbish...
