𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙬𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙮: 𝙆𝙖𝙠𝙤𝙧𝙞 𝙆𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙗 and 𝙈𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙖𝙞 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙖(Ulta tawa paratha) : This was the one of first place in Lucknow to bring in the kebabs from the gharanas of Nawabs. Unfortunately, you will not see any bloggers to recommend this place. 💔 Kakori kebab is supposed to be one of the most difficult kebab to prepare due to its unique texture. It is a bit tight on the outside, however, extremely soft and melting inside. One can compare it with Galauti kebab with the difference that Kakori is grilled whereas the later one is pan/shallow fried.
Coming to taste, it is again a very delicate kebab. You will get the feel of Potli masala(very common in Lucknow) like gulab, khas, pipli and the soothing fragrance of patthar k phool(stone flower). The best thing is they have used 100% minced meat and no thickeners like Besan/flours etc are added. I can say, once you try this kebab, you are never going to eat Sheekh kabab again. I have always rated Galauti, Chapli then sikh kebab in my favorite list of mutton/lamb minced kebabs. This will surely share the position with Galauti. I can tell you this is so tasty that we ordered another plate even when our stomach was full. We missed trying their 𝙈𝙖𝙟𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙞/𝙂𝙝𝙪𝙩𝙬𝙖 kebab which you will not find anywhere and it is kind of an extinct dish. You guys should definitely try Kakori and Majlisi kebabs here.
𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩: Taste Wise, I am mesmerized and it surely deserves a 10/10. Also, it is prized at 140 for two pieces(see images) and a mughlai paratha would cost you another Rs 30/-. At this price, it is no less than 10/10 on value for money metrics metrics. A must try! ❤❤ *This is completely my honest opinion! Please like, share and follow...

As a frequent patron of Lucknow's culinary scene, I was excited to revisit Naushijaan, a once-prominent non-vegetarian outlet renowned for its flavorful dishes and vibrant ambiance. However, my recent experience left much to be desired, as the restaurant's standards have notably deteriorated.
Upon entering Naushijaan, it was evident that the establishment had lost its former charm. The once welcoming atmosphere now felt lackluster and neglected. The seating area appeared unkempt, with worn-out furnishings and a noticeable lack of cleanliness.
The decline in quality was further evident in the menu offerings. Previously known for its diverse array of succulent kebabs and aromatic curries, the dishes served during my visit were lackluster and uninspired. The flavors lacked the depth and complexity that once defined Naushijaan's cuisine, leaving me disappointed and underwhelmed.
Additionally, the service was noticeably subpar. Staff members seemed disinterested and inattentive, resulting in prolonged wait times and a general lack of hospitality.
Overall, my recent experience at Naushijaan was a far cry from the exceptional dining experiences I had enjoyed in the past. It is evident that the restaurant has undergone a significant decline, failing to uphold the standards that once made it a favorite among non-vegetarian enthusiasts in Lucknow. Until improvements are made, I regretfully cannot recommend Naushijaan to fellow food enthusiasts seeking an authentic and satisfying...
