Hotel Empire — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Recently I visited this hotel and I would suggest not to go there by mistake also. It's the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are dirty and unhygienic. No food system is there. No one is there to clean the rooms. There is no dustbin in any of the rooms. A lot of water problem is there. No flush system, taps are broken, water is never available there. In the room there is no light, it's only for show. After asking for hundreds of times for fixing the water facility and the room light, no one came to fix it. Hence, it's clear, SERVICE IS WORST THERE!!! The people living there would have to face a lot of problems... And atlast they will ask for a lot of money that they never haven't mentioned before...The WORST hotel for God...

One of the worst lodges in varanasi. Their rooms are like old rice storage spaces. It will feel like hell in the summer times. They will change your room without prior notice. Their toilets are not cleaned, no proper water availability. Rooms smell like sulabh sauchalaya. They will bully you if you question them for anything. They will not refund your money if you wish to cancel your booking. Instead of selecting this lodge it is better to get fresh at sulabh sauchalayaa and carry your voyage...
