Phulwari Restaurant & Sami Cafe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This place is beautiful without any doubt but, beauty is not everything. Service is more than worst. Tourists specially foreigners get attracted toward this restaurant due to its interior. But as I said decoration isn't everything. Service here is way too worst. First of all don't follow the menu, they serve only Indian and Chinese food. Second, you will not get your order before an hour and that is when no other customer is in perimeter. I ordered basic thali and after an hour when I asked the serviceman about my order, he literally shouted that don't bother me, you will get your when it is ready. Come on man, you are living because of us. When the food arrived nothing was warm except my mind. Taste was so awful that I couldn't even finish the half plate.

My advice, don't go there if you really...

I loved the atmosphere ... It's is just situated next to an ancient shivaji temple ... This was all about the atmosphere ... Ambience is excellent for only in winters not an ideal place in summer ... Here I had pinacolada in drink and mix veggie pasta .... And trust me pinacolada disappointed me like anything else in this world ... And coming to the pasta it's was an average pasta and as per the rate the quantity of the pasta was very less ... For this two things only I had to spend more then 300 rupees ... Now at last comes the service ... If you are ordering anything other than indian then my dear friend , your order will be delivered for sure after at least 1.5 hours ...... So if you have like lots of time and want to have lunch , dine at a new and a bit different place then this place can...

I went to this place with my cousins as I saw good ratings online. But this place was a bad choice.. here are details of my experience; The staff behaviour was not at all friendly or even basic etiquette to turn on the fans/cooler for someone. Took them 20 mins to serve water, after we asked thrice. A foreigner sitting beside us was treated very different than us. Felt like we were being served for free, which was ofcourse not good. The food was disappointing, Lassi was just like the packaged one which cost us 100₹+ , and how can someone ruin aloo paratha!???? Food we ordered was being served late, it was a summer afternoon and only one side(the foreigner side cooler was on).

In short if the food is not proper in the place atleast the people attending customers should be...
