Read moreRun away this place! I never received my food and even saw a mouse under my table!!! After ordering a fruit lassi and a vegetarian shish kebab, I had to wait more than 10 minutes to receive my drink. After 20 minutes, I reminded my order to the waiter who didn't care at all. After 30 minutes, same for the 2nd and 3rd waiter who seemed like having fun of my situation. While impatiently craving for my food, I noticed something running under my table. What a shock seeing a mouse freely roaming in the restaurant! After 45 minutes I left because nonce of the waiters wared about my or my order, they didn't even pretend it! 🥤 Regarding the only thing I could try, because I never had the main course served, the fruit lassi: it was Varanasi style, meaning it's thicker and richer than the regular lassis. In addition, it's served in an earthen pot. Then sprinkled with slivered pistachios, rabri, and fruit purée. 💁🏽♂️💁🏽♀️ The personnel is very fast in taking the order and asking me 3 times if I want water, without ever serving it! I had to get up and get some water myself! It'd laugh if it was a joke... 🫰 The price for a lassi, can't judge anything else, was a little more expensive than the other places, but not...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the food was just okay, the staff's rude behavior and attitude ruined the entire visit. Upon entering, the staff at the door informed me that a table was available, but once inside, a waiter rudely questioned who allowed us in and denied any available seating. When I calmly explained that their own staff directed us, he arrogantly claimed to be the owner, which was clearly not true. I advised him to be more grounded and polite, but his attitude left my mood completely off.
The service inside was no better. The second waiter brought the wrong order—giving normal roti instead of butter roti—and didn't even serve the food properly. To top it off, he had the audacity to ask for a tip despite providing subpar service. When I politely declined and explained that tips are earned through exceptional service, he became dismissive and rude.
Overall, this restaurant seems to be riding on hype and a steady customer flow, which has led to their poor attitude. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you're okay with dealing with rude staff and a ruined...
