Hotel Prakash Residency — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We booked this hotel online fromKolkata. On arriving at Benaras, we found some barricades, here snd there, due to which we were confused, to locate the hotel. Google was not working, but help came from this hotel, where we cotacted by phone. The manager of this hotel Mr. Rakesh Tewari, sent a person and thankfully we came to the hotel safe and sound.

This was a great help. Anyway we checked in with the help of Ankit, a young bright man. He helped us a lot to settle down. Then to our utter surprise , when we came to the reception, to visit the ghats, we were helpedby another young man SHIVAM. For the last 2 days till our departure, Shivam was our constant companion. Such a nice, very well mannered, respectful, and knowledgable, person is very very rare. There is no negative option else I would have given it .The worst hotel experience I had ever.First to start small crappy room .No basis facility. Hotel even did not provided a Rs 5 soap even after staying for 5 days . Almost all the rooms have broken toilet with no option of ventilation.Additionally staff are worthless whose only jobs is to sit on counter any basic request would take more than 1 hour to...
