I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by this hotel. Bed sheet was not clean, mosquitoes disturbed me whole night, AC was working on 17 degree but I had to use ceiling fan on fastest speed. Room no. 102 (Ground floor) was allotted to me, there is a kitchen of hotel in the basement so washing sound of kadhai, plates & the smell of tadka disturbed me till 11:00 PM. Kitchen opening time is 8:30 AM so you can expect your breakfast after 8:30 AM. I checked out at 8:30 AM to reach somewhere early so I couldn't have tea or coffee. This hotel doesn't have even basic amenities and hygiene right. First of all the room had a AC but it was not working. They didn't even changed the bed sheet and pillow cover. After we requested for the change, they again put a dirty bed sheet and pillow cover. We raised it with their manager and finally he got a clean bed sheet and pillow cover.
